Mr. Jean NZAKAMWITA has a wide-ranging experience in technical and operational levels in financial services from microfinance operations. After completion of his university studies at University of Rwanda in areas of Management, he worked in various positions including Regional Technical Advisor at UBPR (Union des Banques Populaires du Rwanda) in Kigali City before being founding member of Goshen Finance PLC, heading and growing it to a portfolio of less than 15 Million the first operative year to more than 3.5 Billion in total assets after 2years.

He has been in management positions for more than 12 years, DAF of the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) and has more than 2 years in microfinance training modules development at Rwanda Institute of Cooperative, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM). He is a RICEM certified trainer in Governance, Coach in Dual System and Loan management. Certified Smart Assessor and Trainer in entrepreneurship skills as well.

Mr. Jean NZAKAMWITA has strong interpersonal and supervisory skills and experienced to prepare and supervise various training for Rwandan microfinance institutions and SACCOs as well as the related evaluation reports preparation. He speaks French, English, Kinyarwanda and Swahili.
