AMIR trains its staff on Financial Products Development for Kataza Program

Today, the AMIR staff in the Kataza Program successfully concluded a four-day training session focused on Financial Products Development. The primary objective of the training was to equip the staff with the essential skills needed to develop financial products that are tailored to meet the needs of the beneficiaries of microfinance services.

Throughout the training, participants actively engaged in various hands-on activities, allowing them to develop financial products while gaining in-depth knowledge of the product development process. This session provided a comprehensive understanding of the principles behind creating effective financial products, ensuring that staff are now well-prepared to apply these skills in their daily work within the Kataza Program.

The Kataza Program is dedicated to empowering youth-owned MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in agriculture, tourism, and hospitality through financing, capacity building, and digital inclusion.
