Mrs. Grace DUSHIMIMANA
VICE-CHAIRPERSON
Mrs. Grace DUSHIMIMANA completed her master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2021 at Independent University of Kigali and completed her CPA- KASNEB KENYA in 2018. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in Money and Banking option from the University of Rwanda (UR Butare Campus) in 2005. she also have attended several short courses related to business management, financial management, leadership, project management, and various microfinance management courses.
In 2007 She joined Vision Fund Rwanda (previously known as Vision Finance Company) working as finance officer and promoted to senior accountant 2010-2013, then became the Head of Finance department from 2014 to 2019
In January 2019, She was appointed as acting CEO of VisionFund Rwanda and confirmed to this role in November 2019 up to date. Where her major responsibilities are: leading the MFI, building an organization that honors Christian values positively impacting the lives of many families and children through the delivery of appropriate financial services and training with a focus on the rural areas of Rwanda. Creating a self-sustaining business with strong foundations (people, process, systems) that is capable of growing while managing risks. Managing an effective and efficient operation, delivering to challenging financial and social performance targets. Deal with regulatory issues and lead the organization
From December 2022 up to date, She was elected as the Vice chair of the AMIR Board.
