Mr. Innocent KANAMUGIRE is an experienced Agronomist Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, with specialization in crop production from the

University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB). Mr. Innocent KANAMUGIRE also holds a Diploma in Permacuture from Southern Permaculture Institute of Australia.

Innocent KAMAMUGIRE served as Master Trainer in Permaculture Design and techniques in NAEB (National Agricultural Export Development Board) for three years before joining YWCA (Young Women Christian Association) where he served as Agronomist for two years.

Mr. Innocent KANAMUGIRE is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for Gatsibo Umurenge SACCO while employed as Trainer at Impact Hope Rwanda’s Training center in Nyabihu District, Western Province of Rwanda.

Mr. Innocent KANAMUGIRE is also the Founder and Managing Director of the Light Friend Company Ltd, a domestic company with main activities in agribusiness.

From 2021 to date, Innocent KANAMUGIRE is a Board Member of AMIR (Association of Microfinance Institutions of Rwanda).
